Infinity Foods.

This amazing co-op has been my favourite in Brighton for years. Beginning as a small shop in the 70s they have now tripled in size, with the addiction of Infinity Foods Cafe and a line of wholesome foods which you can find in independant health food stores across the country. Throughout the past almost forty years their ethics and principles have remained strong; to provide healthy, organic, fair trade and environmentally friendly products.

Infinity Foods Cafe provides a vegan friendly menu, including soups which change daily, freshly baked breads, salads, burgers, falafel, and with a recent addition of sandwiches and pizza, the list goes on. The cafe hosts the best vegan cakes in the UK in my opinion, with usually 70% suitable for vegans, they also take into account allergies such as gluten and wheat. These guys know about food and how to make it taste great, whilst being suitable for as many as possible.

Their beautiful new website unfortunately doesn't have a pdf of the menu, but I recommend the Mezze Platter, which offers a delicious sample of salads, tofu, falafel and dips. And make sure you leave room for a slice of Banana and Chocolate Chip Cake!
