Rootmaster, Brick Lane.

I've only managed to visit this amazing bustaurant a couple of times, but it is a firm favourite. Discreetly 100% vegan, this place serves seriously delicious food, verging on gourmet!
Great atmosphere, great food, and a great price. And you're on a BUS!!

From Liverpool Street Station walk towards Brick Lane. At the corner by the All Saints store turn right, and the next left, as if you're walking toward Rough Trade. The bus is parked down this lane, you can't miss it!

Satay Skewers. Cubes of perfectly cooked tofu, smothered in peanutty goodness, on a bed of lettuce, scattered with sesame seeds. Yum!
