Lush, Animal Aid and Brighton Fayre!

Hello again!

Sorry it's been a while since I last updated; everything's very hectic at the moment but I am working on Issue One whenever I have a chance! And I shall be blogging randomly when I discover new and exciting things that you simply must know NOW!

My favourite shop for beauty buys is Lush; everything is labelled vegan, and the products are fantastic. They are currently working with Animal Aid, a fantastic charity who promote vegan and ethical living: http://www.animalaid.org.uk/.

They make the most amazing boxes of vegan chocolates!!

They have put together a free leaflet, 'Meat Free! Feed four for under a fiver' which you can pick up from your local Lush. It's packed with information on healthier eating, the truth behind the meat and dairy industry, the impact this diet has on our planet, as well as loads of fantastic recipes!

I am already so excited about the Brighton Vegan Fayre! It's Saturday 21st March at the Brighton Centre. It's 8 pounds to get in and the fayre will be packed with products to buy, information stalls- and The King Blues will be playing! Along with a variety of other musicians, talks from the Vegan Society and stalls from Infinity Foods, Montezuma's, Peta and Secret Society of Vegans! It's going to be a really great place to find out more about becoming vegan if you're considering it or stocking up on supplies if you're already vegan! It's Mother's Day the next day so buy your Mum some delicious Booja Booja truffles, or some hand made goodies.
