There's nothing particularly fancy about this dish- I just really enjoyed it, and it involves one of my new favourite foods; GREENS! I don't really know how I left it so long before trying them, but they're good, and I've been eating them a lot.
I chopped them up fairly thicky, then popped them in a pan with a knob of butter and chilli oil, fried them for a while until their soft, along with some onions, and boiled some spaghetti. My other favourite thing to do is toss some cashew nuts under the grill for a few minutes. Wait until they've cooled and they go crunchy and delish. Oh my, cashews are amazing. I threw everything together in a bowl with some sesame seeds and Gomashio (Ground sesame seeds and salt. Brilliant- get it from health food shops).
